In this role, The Senior Social Media Specialist will be the primary voice of the brand on digital platforms, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to drive impactful social media engagement. This position requires strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and an understanding of brand objectives and audience needs.
Responsibilities:
Brand Representation & Community Building:
- Act as the brand ambassador across social media channels, ensuring posts, comments, and engagements reflect the company’s values.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and nurture a positive online community.
Social Media Strategy Implementation:
- Assist in executing a social media strategy aligned with marketing and brand goals, adapting content for each platform (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Collaborate with Content, PR, and Product Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Content Planning & Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely content production.
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, events, and launches.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Monitor social media metrics and share performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Use tools like Sprinklr for analysis and optimization.
Trend Monitoring & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities.
- Recommend new platforms, formats, or technologies for brand engagement.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on social media performance and campaign outcomes.
- Serve as a point of contact for social media-related inquiries.
Education & Experience:
3+ years in social media management, preferably within the Real Estate/Automobile sector.
Skills:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr). Basic design skills are a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and project management abilities.
